Hailing from Trinidad and Tobago in the Carribean, Shaikh Imran’s visit was met with enthusiasm and admiration as he engaged with various communities and organisations, spreading his teachings and wisdom.
Throughout his tour, Shaikh Imran was graciously hosted by esteemed institutions such as Masjidul-Quds, Habibia Soofie Masjid, Darul Karar Masjid and the Ahlul Bayt Foundation of South Africa. These gatherings provided a platform for Shaikh Imran to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fostering dialogue and understanding within the community.
Notable figures within South Africa, including Dr Naledi Pandor, former Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Mufti Sayed Haroon Al Azhari, Head of the Cape Town Ulama Board and Moulana Goolam Qutboodin Kagee, senior custodian at the Habibia Soofie Masjid Cape Town, had the privilege of meeting with Shaikh Imran.
