In celebration of the blessed lunar month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, the Claremont Main Road Masjid (CMRM), in partnership with Red Kufi Books, will host a four-week course on the life of Prophet Muḥammad (peace be upon him).

The course, entitled The Beloved Prophet: The Makkan Period, will be facilitated by Zaahied Sallie, author of the internationally acclaimed The Beloved Prophet (ṣallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa-sallam): An Illustrated Biography in Rhyme.

Sessions will be held at Claremont Main Road Masjid, 42 Main Road, Claremont, on September 14, 21, 28 and October 4, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.

The course will also be available online for registered participants.

According to Imam Dr Abul Rashied Omar, the programme offers Muslims a unique opportunity to reconnect with the Prophetic model during Rabīʿ al-Awwal: ‘This is the month in which we must rededicate ourselves to studying the life of the Prophet so that we may better embody his noble example in our daily lives.’
